TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.     PAYMENTS

All goods must be paid for prior to release. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Interact. Non-certified cheques accepted with proper ID and credit authorization.

2.     PICK-UPS

Pick-ups from out Vancouver branch are only for small items. All large items must be picked up from our Surrey distribution centre or delivered to your job site. A delivery charge may apply. Please uncrate and inspect your products. No damage claims will be accepted once the goods leave our warehouse.

3.     THIRD PARTY PICK-UPS

SaveMore will not accept any damage claims once third party carrier has received the goods. Please check with your carrier in regards to damage policies and insurance options. Note that the installers are considered as third party. It is very important to ensure that you have sufficient coverage with any of these carries.

4.     DELIVERY

If you have not already done so, please contact your sales person to arrange delivery. Notice may be necessary and deliveries are booked on a first come, first serve basis. You can expect a courtesy call the day before to confirm your address, payment, and whether you are an AM or PM delivery. We are unable to provide you with specific times for delivery. All COD shipments must be paid prior to unloading and release.

5.     DAMAGE CLAIMS

Your products will be uncrated and inspected for your approval on site. In the event of any damage, an allowance or replacement will be arranged. SaveMore will not accept any claims of damage once our trucks have departed.

6.     NO ONE HOME?

It happens! If we miss you, our drivers will leave you a calling card. Please call your salesperson to arrange a new delivery. An additional charge may apply.

7.     WARRANTY

All warranties are covered and provided by the manufacturers. Please follow instructions in the manufacturer warranty manual, or visit the manufacturer website to ensure your product is covered under the terms of the warranty.

8.     RETURNS

There is no return, no refund, and no exchange on all non-stock and custom order items. Stock items may be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase, must be in original saleable condition and packaging and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. A proof of purchase must be presented to ensure proper credit.

9.     ENSURE A PROPER FIT

Check all measurements and installation systems of the products that you order to make sure that they are the right size and fit for your project.

10.  CUT OUT TEMPLATES

As a company policy, SaveMore Plumbing and Lighting will supply complete sink (kitchen or bathroom) cutout templates and accessories (if there are any included) for your countertop preparation. Templates alone will not be supplied.
